Financial Management & Development

• Developed annual church budgets ranging from $100,000 to $3,000,000.
• Provided emergency budgeting strategies to dozens of churches during the economic crises of 2008 as well as the COVID-19 shutdowns.
• Successfully created and implemented financial policies and procedures for Southern Hills and advised multiple churches and church plants in developing the same. 
• Developed a multi-faceted process to engage givers in tithing to the local church and in supporting global evangelism.

Church Operations  

• Led the policy-development process for small and large staffs. 
• Provided employee benefits and compensation consulting to churches through the Idea Network.
• Worked with legal counsel and insurance companies to protect the church from unnecessary risk. 
• Oversaw the implementation and management of strategic systems such as assimilation, member retention, stewardship, and deacon/leader development.

Fundraising & Building Projects

• Developed multiple fundraising campaigns for Southern Hills Church ranging from $150,000 to $3,500,000.
• Worked extensively with general contractors, banks, and local municipalities in the planning, funding, and construction processes. 
• Oversaw multiple small facility improvement projects from $100,000 to $250,000.
• Led two large church building projects valued at $3,500,000 and $5,500,000.
